Thank you for eight wonderful years at Renew Spine & Health. It’s been a privilege to care for you and your families, and we’re excited to continue serving you as we join Core Lifestyle Clinic in Plymouth. Beginning Monday, November 30, you’ll find Dr. Allie in a new space, with the same personal care you’ve come to know. Below are answers to common questions about the transition.

Can I keep seeing Dr. Allie?
Yes! Dr. Allie will begin seeing patients at Core Lifestyle Clinic on Monday, November 30, 2026. Select Dr. Allie Danielson when booking online, or request her when calling. You can expect the same high quality care, just in a new location.

When is the last day at Renew?
Wednesday, November 25th will be the last day for patient appointments at Renew’s current location. We will be moving over Thanksgiving weekend. Appointments beginning November 30rd will take place at Core Lifestyle Clinic in Plymouth.

How do I schedule an appointment?
You can book with Dr. Allie at https://coreplymouth.janeapp.com or call (612) 208-2032

What if I already have an appointment scheduled after November 25?
All previously booked appointments will be transferred to our new location automatically.

Will my insurance coverage change?

You're coverage will stay the same, or maybe be better. Core Lifestyle Clinic will be in network with all major insurances. The billing team is already working on transferring and verifying all insurance plans. If you have any specific questions you can call (612) 208-2032 or email frontdesk@coreclinicmn.com

Want to stay on your wellness plan?

All patients currently on a wellness plan will have the option to continue that plan at the new location.

What about my prepaid visits?

All prepaid care with transfer with you to the new location. Call with any questions about care.

Will I need new paperwork?
Most patients will not need to complete new paperwork, however you may need to sign new consent paperwork or insurance related paperwork in office.

What happens to my records?
Dr. Allie will retain your historical Renew Spine chart notes. New chart notes from care at Core will be maintained by Core Lifestyle Clinic.

For copies of your Renew records or assistance sending them to another provider, contact 763-350-6633 or AllisonDanielsonDC@gmail.com. Your records remain available whether or not you continue care at Core.

What about an outstanding balance at Renew?
Renew Spine's existing team will continue handling outstanding balances and insurance claims for care received at Renew. Questions about those accounts should go to DrAllie@renewspinemn.com

Will shockwave appointments still be available?
Yes, shockwave appointments will still be available. If you wish to see Dr. Allie for those, please confirm provider at booking. Dr. Darin Wagner will also be offering shockwave.

What if I prefer to see another chiropractor?
You are welcome to choose your provider. If the new location is too far and you would like a personalized recommendation we can help. Contact AllisonDanielsonDC@gmail.com for assistance sending your Renew records to the provider you select.
